Default Electric Supercharger

I recently came across an electric supercharger online. It says that it will give me 8psi more and 30% more horsepower. I was wanting some professional opinions on whether this is worth my time and money. It is a direct bolt on. Please help.

you should buy this, make a video and post your results. Obviously searching for the answer evades you... the next best thing is to man up and make your own results, but don't be sad when you get flamed for being a newb....

The biggest problem with the electric supercharger becomes obvious when you reach the end of the extension cord.

OMG.

Im not going to tear you apart like the rest of the guys, but honestly this isnt even a hard topic to research, google it. I did years ago just out of curiosity if they really worked. Yes and no. Depends on which one and what you are running. if you have a honda and you can find one with enough CFM of air flow, for example an electric leaf blower (youtube it) then you'll get a bit of an increase. Now as far as the strain it puts on your electrical system I'm not sure. but there is no free power, you give up something to gain somewhere else. Depends on if the cost's outweigh the benefits. superchargers take power to be driven from the motor, but due to boost add much more power. so - 5-10hp for driving the supercharger and + 100 for boost. net outcome +90?? Hope thats simple enough.

If your going to do this (which im really curious as to the results) make sure you get a few of them, like two per intake and run them parallel and not in series.
