Default minor sideswipe by a van :(

Well I just got off work and a van tried getting over and hit my right rear panel, tire, and bumper. Its not that bad but the a-hole turned around and took off. Anyone have an idea of how much it cost to get the fender fixed?
If I keep insurance out of it ill get a ings rear.[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

What looks minor takes considerable labor hours to fix. Rear bumper damage is in a bad location.

That sounds a little low. Take it to a GOOD body shop, have them fix the car and send the difference to the insurance company. A top notch place here in Dallas charges about 350 to just paint the rear bumper. Looks like it might cost 1500-2000 to fix.
