I'm not out of pocket $500 bones, LOL. Well technically I am, well for a lil while because I did report it to my ins. co. I didnt want to go through the hassle of chasing plus ins co. always get their money so I'll pay for now and let my ins co. do the legwork. Its just sad to see a good bumper get replaced over something so small. I hope its replaced so I can keep it as a just in case or sell the bumper.

Since I dont have rental coverage due to owning a 2nd vehicle, will my ins co provide me a rental since I'm not at fault and they can collect from the other party?

Since you didn't call the cops.. IMO youre f'd. You were on private property. They could care less now. If you called them they would have checked to see if he was drunk / sober and reported there was an accident. The guy is going to deny, deny, deny. Now he's sober and could care less about you. Him moving to another spot should have told you about his character.

Did he at least buy you a $500 drink in the bar? Or offer his gf's poon for the 500 bucks youre about to eat.
