Got my Z when i was 16, actually happened to get a great deal on it at the time. Yes my father did happen to buy it for me im not going to ******** and say i had a high paying job at the age of 16 lol. Im currently 18, ive been working since 14 as a DJ. I did happen to make pretty good money for my age a lot more than other kids and ending up saving and going F/I.
I consider myself quite mature for my age due to the fact i am probably the youngest of all my friends and i have been around fast cars even at a young age you could say. Ran the turbonetics kit for about a year at 370 WHP even took it to the track and did a 12.8.
Also just sold the my turbonetics and opted for the Greddy Twins which i actually happend to pickup REALLY cheap did the install myself and now going back for another tune and more power. I do believe i am much more mature for my age and not just another 'teen' with a Z. As far as my father buying me my car, times have changed. Maybe some of us deserve it more than others? Flame on.

Since you guys be talking about young owners, I thought Id check in im turning 16 in a couple weeks and my mom is taking me to the Nissan dealership to pick out a phat ride
Im think I should be able to talk her into letting me get a 370Z.
Do they make the Z in automatic, cause I dont drive stick.

I don't know if people say stuff like this to be funny or what...
If you brag about having no responsibility, you just make yourself look like a tool and instantly lose the respect of 99% of the community. Is it really worth it? Wouldn't you rather save the face rubbing, the fact that mommy and daddy wipe your butt, and just be a respected member of the motoring forum? I seriously don't get kids these days.

If your parents are willing to pay for everything for you, go ahead and get a Z. Just don't expect anyone to think anything of you just because you have a car. It's about earning your stuff, not just having it.
Kids.
