Oh man if you already spent that much on the Z, then you should have spent for the 2 piece wilwoods!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and are those just universal wilwoods???? cause if you were to buy the REAL kit the pad should cover the WHOLE rotor stopping section close to the hat. Besides they only come as kits in 2 piece rotors, so where did you get the 1 piece????

here are mine.

Although your FI. I bet my Stock w bolt ons Z can take you due to weight from them ginormous rims.
and FTL, paint the damn lip. Gloss black to match something like the "rims" or blue to match the car.
edit: are the lips of the rims flat black? Maybe the Lip matches them????

For what its worth, when I redo my brakes, I will paint the rotor hubs and calipers black (stock). I guess its different when you are trying to pass them off as something else, but the stock rotor centers get a tad rusty (looks like crap) and the stock silver calipers get dirty and ugly fast.

I don't understand why you're getting flamed so hard. I only read the first and last page because 5 pages of drama is too much and I don't care for it. Maybe you have a history/forum war with some of these guys? I'd be surprised if they're only flaming you because your particular aesthetic differs from their own. This forum isn't comprised of punk kids, is it? I hope not.
I personally like the way the unpainted lip looks. It fits the blue/black scheme you've got going on, and it gives the car an appealing rustic look. I plan on getting a carbon fiber lip, but that's not until I've done some other stuff. Your Z is clearly fast, though, despite having big heavy rims. I think you've done a pretty good job with that Z. Mine is still plain. I've got a 05' DB 6MT Touring model and the only mod I've done thus far is a Honda Element Antenna.
