Does the 04 track model have different suspension settings than other models? According to the new Motor Trend, the track model they compared to the S2000 and the RX-8 has stiffer suspension than regular Zs. Is this true? I thought that all Zs had the same suspension.

I'm pretty sure the suspension is the same on all the models but with the Track you get the volks rims and Brembo brakes..

I dunno know about how it compares to the 03, but the 04 with NISMO suspension feels WAY better than stock. If the 03 bounced even worse, no wonder you were all complaining...

Does anyone have a track model? The dual brake cylinders, will that help performance? Anyone thinking of swapping the single for double?

I just looked closely and apparently there is a padded center console, but VERY thin, my door handles are the metel ones and I have all of the other little changes.

Build date was 11/03, so hopefully I have the stiffer ride too.

IITC the Track model feels stiffer due to the 18" wheels and lower profile tires. It's the tires that make the difference. Suspension should be the same.

Don't pay any mind or worry about the new master cylinder thing...I've had the new and old pieces both in my hand, completely disassembled. The changes were EXTREMELY minor, and will have no impact on performance, etc...just trying to prevent anyone wasting their efforts replacing the old part.
