Before I bought me z 7 months ago i noticed that every dealership had this red carpet treatment poster for the z. I have had a few issues with my late 03 an have asked the manager at a local dealership what this means. He couldnt give me an answer other than:

"well you know red carpet treatment is the best one can get"

I question that because whenever I have an issue with my z, i have to always explain the Technical Service Bull" to the service manager and mechanics and basically act like a salesman....

they are always dumbfounded and ask me for more info
