350z cost of ownership
As for the OP, its up to you man. If you feel like you can fully afford the purchase price and anything that can, and WILL go wrong with the car, then i say go for it. It's a wonderful car. I love mine and wouldn't trade it for anything out there. Except for maybe a GTR. That being said, GL with whatever you do decide to do.
No car is cheap. Look at what you want to drive. I've owned a Honda Civic, and a Porsche 911. But I bought a 350Z Track Model in 2003 and is my favorite car. It only has 19,600 miles on it so far, but they are fun miles, and as my other cars, I keep it in the garage covered and still has the new smell in it. It's all in how the car is taken care of. But buy what you enjoy, if it's more to keep up, at least you are more happy with it. And keep it for a while so you get you money's worth out of it. I have full coverage on my 350Z and is barely $500 per six months which is not too bad.

I'm 28 years old and pay 75 dollars a month for both of my car. Liability on one and full coverage on the z.
9 out of 10 members who ask “Should I get a 350Z” never end up with one.
Reliability?
Maintenance costs?
How long will the motor last? blablabla.
The 350Z is about lust for a performance sports car. You either get it - or you don’t.

350Z's drink gas, eat tires, and burn money (insurance). but they sure are fun!
Depending on what tires you get and how you drive, you'll be replacing rear tires once a year and front tires every other year. That's a few hundred bucks a year in tires alone. Gas will seem more expensive than it is since the 350Z has a 20 gallon tank... do the math $4.00 x 17 gallons = $68. Insurance, depends on your record and where you live.
