Those that have replaced the cat pipes >>>
Did anyone have trouble with the bolts? The traditional bolts were no problem but those POS two way bolts that only Nissan seems to use are a PITA. I got one of them to come out correctly, but on the other three, only the bolt itself loosens and comes off but leaves the stud in place holding the cat on. How on earth are you supposed to get those off ?I tried just using a small 8mm socket on the ends, but it doesn't have the torque necessary to break it loose.
Anyone else have this problem? How did you fix it ?

the bolts are fused to the cats.. you have to remove all the nuts on both sides .. then they y-pipe will flex back and you can remove them.. its a pain in the butt but can be done.. you must buy nuts and bolts to install the cat pipes
good luck
