Heres an original question. Im a Canadian, i dont know the American currency all that well. But, if the Bill is signed by the Treasurer of the United States, why the heck is the Secretary of Treasury's signature also on the bill?

I mean i go to the dentist/doctor office all the time, and i see the Doctor/Dentists name outside the door, but have you ever gone to one where theres a secretarys name on the door as well? I dont think so!
