I want a JDM (not the s2k) short antenna and the JDM fairlady badge.

I am having a really hard time finding exact prices and how-to-buy info on here. I only use credit card (No PayPal) or checks.

Any help would be awesome. Thank you!! Also, a place to buy a cool alluminum Z keychain or something similar would be great!!

That's where I got my Fairlady badge. They are awesome. It was $20. Just make sure you get it on straight or it'll look goofy like mine. (it's a very simple install, even lines up perfectly, I just messed it up somehow)

you can cut the antenna in half, pull the cap off and put it back on your now shorter antenna. Thats pretty much the only way to get a JDM shorty antenna since theres no official shorty antenna for the Z in japan.

 

For the antenna, you probably want the Altezza Gita antenna that a lot of us in atlanta have bought (I had an IS300 sportcross before the Z, and found it was an exact fit, without the overlap of the s2k antenna). I got it off a yahoo store, using paypal, but you can contact japanparts mailto:contact@japanparts.com and ask them for a quote. They take real credit cards. Courtesyparts.com sells the fairlady badge, I think. If not, also from www.japanparts.com

Really? Damn. Well I guess the stock one isn't too shabby. If anyone knows of one that is same quality of stock AND looks better... let me know!

 

This would change the characteristic impedance and more than likely negatively impact reception. I guess if you are going for looks and reception for the stations you like is exceptional in your area, (or you don't care about reception) this would work.

 

I'd say cutting the antenna is right down there with my $10 grille
