Default Mods for 2004

I am curious and most interested to hear, and, or see all your planned mods for 2004. Please post your mods with your rational, if possible.

Some of my planned mods.
  • refitting my stock 18” wheels with winter tires (just in case I get the itch)
  • drag radials for my stock 18” wheels (for 2004 track season)
  • replacing my rear tires with Toyos Proxes T1-S 285/35/19 (matching fronts-aspect ratio)
  • Tein Flex and EDFC and lowering car (improve road handling)

Thanks
G

You might want to post this thread again in general er "coupe" section, to get more people's responses. Anyways, on to the mods!

By Dec 2004 I will have/want to have the following done:

· new wheels (probably HP Racing Lightnings, 19x8.5 front 19x9.5 rear)

· tires to accompany the wheels -- Falken GR FK 451's 245/35/19, 285/35/19 front and rear respectively

· all body work completed -- veilside v1 lip, v1 rear, v3 sides, blitz spoiler

· 6000K HID kit

· v1 hardwired

· nismo s-tune suspension

· nismo headers

Considering I'm still in college, that list should keep me quite busy

My sig. gives my current mods. My plans for next year are:

Exhaust system (Borla?; undecided)
High flow cats. (waiting to see Z1 Performance results)
Unorthodox crank pulley set
Lowering springs (I want a subtle drop and kg/mm spring lowers car 1.2" overall so I'm leaning towards these)
EV0-R LED sidemarkers

Things may change a bit by next year as new things keep coming out but I'm pretty definite about moving forward with the above mods.

kbomb -

Yeah I kinda fallen for those HPs now! I mean I'm still probably a good month - 2months before I get them, so hopefully by then some others might have them and can say how the quality's been etc. But they look so hot!

Havent seen the girls since, but I'm on SUPER-ALERT for any other DB z's with VA plates now! LoL

And yeah I'm actually still trying to figure out where I'm gonna get my HID's too! I may try talking to Jeff from Evolution (chantilly, VA) he should know
