Let's see.
From www.nissanusa.com I'm getting MSRP to be $29210(including the handling charge) so invoice should be around 26,300-26,700 (still including handling) so add SC tax (8.25% I think) and that brings the total to about $28,500.
I'd offer the dealer $29,000 OTD.
Well, KBB gives the invoice @ just about $27,000 (with the options) so add the tax to that and you get $29225 so maybe I'd offer $29,500 OTD (and I'd still feel OK paying $30000)
If I were buying an 03 though, I'd ask for a $2000 - $4000 discount, plus a free extended warranty, because you know you are going to deal with little problems.

Unfortunately, my car is more of a dull brownish puple right now, since it's so dirty. Ahh well, if I wanted it to look clean I'd have bought a silver one (or I'd wash it more often).
Anyhow, good luck with the purchase.
