took u 5 months to post this?
Iv never had a problem with a vendor. Mostly bc i deal with Injected,Motordyne and of course CIN. HOWEVER if i did i would deal with it like this
1) before you order online call and take the time to see if its in stock and ready to ship
2) If so how fast would i receive tracking. Once thats said
3) give maybe 1 week before calling and asking wtf is the problem
4) Depending on their response say
A) i would like a refund
B) Ill give u X amount of time then im going to go on the board and post my experience
5) Find a better more reputable Shop

I believe Pete at intense has a ton on his plate and it makes it almost impossible for him to answer phone calls and keep track of everthing. I have ordered 1000s of dollars worth of parts and i used to always deal with Darren directly who was probably the coolest guy i have dealt with on the forums... But the customer service has gone down a bit and callbacks and Intense answering phone calls isnt top notch.
They are still however a good bunch of guys to deal with

HAHA, hey you did ask.
Ill fwd the thread to Pete.. i was just there.
Pete has been left to juggle quite alot lately, and most parts are not in stock at these places.. if they ( any shop) tied up thier credit lines w large inventory ( of highly specific and custom parts), many of these shops would not be able to offer the ebay like price margins they offer us.
Its called good ol drop ship.. so you add middlemen in terms of wait time and info confusion.. add to the fact when you call w a concern, thats one call. Then they have to call the vendor. Leave a v mail... thats call # 2. Then they take the call back hopefully ( call three) and then can call you back w the info.
You can see why that begins to multiply like gremlins when your pricing and forum involvement is as solid.
Darren does not work there any longer, and JJ his replacement had to quit as well... both of which for personal reasons and nothing to do w the shop or anything.. everyones cool etc.
Maybe its cuz IM local, but i feel totally safe enuff for them to rip my car completley apart and spend an obscene amount of money with them right now.
NONE OF THIS TO DISCREDIT YOU.. JUST ADDING MY EXPERIENCE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING SHAFTED.

^all of that sucks to hear....but it is not the customer's problem.
OP, cancel the order and buy the momentum performance kit.
The PL kits are known to ship partially complete and long delays. Youre probably outside your CC limit for protection and they love that.
