Default shifting???

I want to know what is the best way of shifting for life of the cluch?? with the foot all the way down or half way?? What is better for every day driving??

The reason why I asked is because I want to make sure i'm not killing the cluch..

All the way down,
also when you are taking off a good way to tell if you are slipping the clutch is to check for and see if the revs jump, If you are at about 1k rpm and the revs goto 1.5k-2k rpm without you really moving you are burning the clutch (this is considering you are letting the clutch out and hitting the gas).
