What happens when family drives your car

Wouldn't your brother have to be listed as a driver of the car for coverage? Assuming you're under the same roof, that's how I've understood insurance to be... at least in GA

With our insurance, everybody in the house is insured on every car we own. My sister is on the insurance and she doesn't even have a permit yet. However insurance won't cover her yet, obviously.

Still haggling with insurance. their initial offer was good, but not good enough. thankfully mercury is a very good insurance company. I drove some cars today, a few Z's, but in my current price range I can only get 04-05. I would really prefer to stay 06 or sooner. But I drove an RX8, not expecting too much. When I got in, I really liked the interior, and the addition of the back seats, although small, was very nice. I was surprised too, It drove really well. Despite having less power than the Z, it felt nearly as quick. Right now I'm between a Z and an RX8, or possibly a G35. It all depends on price.

I read that the RX8 burns a lot of oil. Not sure if this is true though.

I was considering s2k's, but they are horrible daily's, and I cant think of anything less practical, except for maybe a lotus. I really liked the interior of the RX8, and I liked how it had a back seat, yet it didnt feel like it did.

EDit: The 13BREW had apex seal problems and side seal failure. Also you always warm up a rotary before you shut it down or drive it in gear. Dino oil is recommended since these oils need to burn off in the rotary engine. Lastly, do not let a rotary engine overheat, it will warp the rotors and good bye engine. Hope this helps.

The new Rx8 rotaries last 'longer' than the older 13BREW, with that being said, do not skimp on the service. I have seen Rx8's with 150k on the clock and no major problems. I had an 85 Rx7 with 96K miles on it before I had Mazdatrix Street port/reseal rotors on the engine. I had no problems with the engine. I just wanted more power.
