Default first day with the z

so I picked up my 06 350z today and noticed a few things I never really seen before when driving any of my previous cars. first thing that happened was every time I turned around, someone was pulling out in front of me as if they were just trying to make me wreck. once I got on the main highway, I noticed people were getting uncomfortably close to the back of my car, and every time I pulled away they would speed up and ride my bumper. even had an eclipse ride right next to me and tried to keep up every time I pulled away. however, some good things I noticed, was that I was turning heads left and right, even had a cute girl in a newer mustang pull up next to me and started to flirt. anybody else experience anything like this? maybe it's just some of the things that come with being a z owner, I dunno.

1. Buy a 350Z.
2. Meet an attractive woman.
3. Get married, buy a house, have 2 children.
4. Get divorced, lose the house and car. Pay child support for 18 years.

^This gets me everyday. dunno what is it either but didn't/doesn't happen much in any of my previous/other cars.
actually happened a good amount when i had a 5series BMW but the good thing was it had extremely bright rear fog lights in the tails that I could turn on at any point without braking or even while accelerating by just pressing a button. the people riding my *** would hit their brakes hard and be confused as hell. "WTF --- why is that car accelerating while braking?" is what i imagine blurted out of their mouths. wish the Z had that fog light feature.

I had a joke going with my wife about when I bought my Bullitt, people were always pulling out in front of me. I literally had to lock up the brakes at least once a day because of some idiot. Hasn't happened much in the Z yet though.

So I'm just going to assume that it's not the car, you're just surrounded by idiot drivers like I am.....

well day 2 of driving in my own town and it's a lot better now. I was in a big city at the time and turns out it was just a bunch of crazy drivers. also my car is all stock and hell no I would never put a big spoiler on my beautiful car. I prefer the sleeper look actually. have some pics up of it, just check out my garage or whatever it's called.

my personal opinion about the Z is that you don't really need much... Just coilovers and wheels

There are a lot of dumb@$$es that shouldn't be allowed to drive on the roads. I've had ppl turn into my lane while I'm in it like they sum blind f*cks. If I was driving a truck I'd just ram them if they do that.

It's in your head, I've had my Z since '05, mass majority are just brainlessly getting to their destination and don't even notice me.

You better not be saying this and sitting in the left lane!

You should count yourself lucky that you don't live in WA. Drivers here are the worst I have ever encountered!

anghellic9 get used to the "my car is faster than your car syndrome". the one that gets me are the people crusing along slowly in the left lane and when you move over to the right to go around them, they speed up! What is that all about?

Lol, that's nothing.

Today i turned onto 1st avenue (in downtown seattle) and a car was driving ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD right towards me. I laid on the horn and instead of y'know...moving over to the correct side of the street, he proceedes to back his jeep up into a busy intersection.

I mean it could've been random, but it was probably because i was driving the Z.
