Default Possible not to have front license plate screw holes?

The subject says it all. Is it possible to request the dealership to not drill the license plate screw holes, or does it come from the manufactor like that?

Out of 23 or so Z's at the Chicago event today, I think I only saw two with the front bracket installed.

So it's Dealer installed, not manufactor, or any other place where they do any tuning on the car? If so, good, then I can call and request it.. I don't want a plate in the front, just the rear

Default License plate

I e-mailed the dealer and told them I didn't want anything on the front or rear, including the dealership's logo. I wanted it totally clean with no extraneous holes, decals, etc. and I got just what I wanted, no problem.

I asked my dealer not to, but they insisted that they had to... First time too, I don't know of any other dealers that insist on that...

Maybe since in California you have to have a front plate by law.

It is also law here in British Columbia but the dealership is willing to not put the bracket on while doing PDI, as long as I instruct them not to.
