SO if you're 18-19 years old mentally then do as older people say save it. Start a career, make good money, spend it on stuff you wished you had when you were younger, repeat.

There are several reasons (one being the spelling of this post) that make this advice that I wouldn't follow. The main reason is that I dont think someone who has just recovered from a serious addiction (if not trolling) would know what would be a smart place to invest 3-5 Gs.. Please dont act like investment doesnt have a huge chance of failure unless you do a LOT of research and/or have a LOT of luck.

I have 3K to throw down on some aftermarket performance. What do you suggest for maximizing HP? I have looked into Turbo Kits on Ebay because thats the only place you can find them under 2G's but everyone i talk to says to stay away from Ebay Turbo Kits. This one shop wont even install them unless they are like GReddy or HKS. ******** cuz i want a custom setup ya know but whatever. An ideas on Max Power gain for 3 thousand dollars?
Since you want MAX HP performance for around 3K..this is the ONLY thing available in that price range that will net you reasonable HP for that price. Yes..it's for sale on Ebay here, but it's NOT an *EBAY* kit. You can a used set up for $3k.
