My insurance right now is $5,000/year with full coverage. Maybe they are getting me back for when they had to pay for my first Z which was totalled. Either way, I only have one ticket on my record from 17 months ago for careless driving up at Penn State. I had low tire pressure in one of my rear tires and my 300zx chirpped going around a turn. Two cops decided to pull me over on their bicycles and issue me a ticket for burning out. Not to bash PSU, I am an alumni, but I really hate the cops up there and I hope they all get what is coming to them.

That's strange, a rebate check comes every year right before christmas. It comes in a plain envelop and letter says, do not tear this letter up, and on the bottom is the check. USAA is cool!
I wouldn't understand why everyone wouldn't get it, you should give them a call and ask why, theres gotta be some reason.

Anyway, she also said its how long you have been with USAA and how much you pay in premiums a year.
I pay about $1400 a year, what does everyone else pay and how long have you been with USAA?
I have been a member for 5 years.
I asked the lady why so many people get rebate checks back and I don't, and she siad, it depends on how long you have been a member and the big one, how much you pay in to your premium. It has nothing to do with claims, ect. She said the board of directors granted 7% back last year.
After all this I am still confused. Advice anyone?
Thanks for any help!

i've been a member for about 15 years, maybe after so many years you get a pro-rated return of that declared percentage. So i probably got like 5% and you probably got like 1%. Not really sure how this works either.

Nope, you can't 350zAccord.
You either have to be/been in the armed forces or be the dependent of someone that was.
Which is too bad because they really are one of the best insurance companies out there.
