New paint job, chrome plenum, dress up engine bay (i.e. silicone hoses) or purchase some deep concave wheels.

use half to help pay it off, use the other half to get wheels, maybe an MREV2 and spacer, test pipes, headers. Those are the first things that come to mind

Well I'm mostly stock beside my pop charger, so I'd go for an hks hi power, 5/16 plenum spacer, art pipes, mines lip, bumper tuck, coilovers, and some volks.
