Talking Just would like a warm welcome!

Hey guys,
I'm new to this forum and am pondering either a 350Z or a G35 coupe- need a drivers car on the side. I'm located in the Southern California area and am part of the Audi clubs around here. If someone can give me a dealer recommendation around LA, that'd be very nice. Anyways, I have some connections for parts, so I hope to be one of the nicer Z or G on this forum.

Welcome to the site

I'll give you the same warning I give everyone else who are new to the site... depending on you, and depending on how bad the mod bug gets you -- this site can be rediculously addicting. So just be warned! Goodluck on the Z or the G they're both great cars.

Performance Nissan 1-626-305-3000. They are sponsors here, a great dealer, love to help you mod your Z. I have never read a negative post about them yet and that says a lot because they do a lot of business on this forum.

Call parts, ask for Jeff Hess. He can set you up to get you a good deal on a new car. Tell him Jeff (zland) from sportZ magazine recommended you.

Good luck, Jeff - zland

Hope you got bank, because there are more than a few guys here with some serious cabbage into their cars.

That is not a dig: the more the merrier. It continually amazes me the amount of time and money some people here put into their cars. I love the results tho

I know how it feels to have the mod bug, but the Z is for just a clean sports car purpose. Some Volks, an exhaust, and possibly a kit is my goal. Oh and also some I.C.E. but not willing to go with forced induction and all those go-fast goodies.

Funny. I have done quite a few mods to my Z (Procharger, dubs, body kit, home-theatre-in-a-car, etc, etc, etc) and my 2001.5 Audi A4 1.8T is relatively stock. You have done everything to your Audi 1.8T and want to keep your Z close to stock.

IMHO if you are looking for a "Drivers" car, I believe most people, including most of the G35 owners that I have met, would say go with the Z.

I don't believe I've done too much to the audi yet. I'm actually done with that car or at least i feel like I'm done. Trust me, I might start getting crazy with the Z or G but right now I'm limited to the basics.
