Hey hey from down in South Africa.

I tried a few searches and found a few cheap and easy mods that are extremely subtle. but thought it could be good to get a thread together for people who are just starting out to get bitten by the "mod bug"...

i see there are similar things people do to a Z that remind me of when i had my 98 civic. it always looked different to other people's stock cars, but the couldn't quite tell too easily why. (like flushing beadings on bumpers) swapping a typeR grill with a stock one, changing to rear 4door civic door handles to get rid of key holes etc.


I'm talking about things like :

Removing Rear Wiper
Shortening the antenna
wheel spacers
doing a bumper tuck (if ur running single exhaust)
painting or changing the from bumper reflectors
painting rims maybe?
window tint

but i dont know where you'd draw the line, cos to some a subtle mod would be an antenna and to others a CF bonnet would be.

but lets not throw out anything yet- lets brainstorm a bit (these are options, not whats good or bad or prefferred or not, just options.).

another example which is quite a bit of work, but for a very subtle result-
My friend's planing on filling the little holes on the door handles and colour coding them to the body colour...

and maybe they dont all have to be styling mods?
