That's way too expensive. Did you ask for a breakdown of the costs?

That's bs the bracket is easy and can be taken off in just a couple mins.

If you are going to be paying this kind of coin, make sure of a coupla things.

First, find out if the 250 is going to cover the repeated adjustments that are inherent and necessary to get the most out of the RJM bracket. Here's what I mean: The bracket will go in just fine, it's a quality piece, but there are a number of initial adjustments that require the participation of the driver of the car. Each time the clutch engagement point and pedal stiffness are adjusted, other adjustments have to be made to things like the clutch/ignition on/off switch. Then there's the matter of how you are going to adjust to it in your driving - it can take weeks of "a tad here, a smidge here" to get it just perfect. All told, I tweaked mine a good six times before I got it to the state of clutch-bliss that it's in now........So is this guy gonna make all the subsequent adjustments for you?

Caliper paint. I just did this. Does the 450 include removal of the calipers for a thorough job? Does it include the use of a quality caliper paint? (I used G2). Is this guy gonna toss some rags over your rotors, drape the fenders and rattlecan your calipers? My car was on jackstands for a full day, I removed the calipers, disassembled them, wired all the rust off, painted each part, let them dry for a day, reinstalled, then had to bleed the brake system.....I'd charge you 3 bills for that, but you can get them done on the car for much less. How much rust is on those calipers now?

With no ability to do the work myself, I'd try to get:
- the calipers (done off the car, as described above) for $300
- the RJM installed only for $100 ($200 including four subsequent adjustments)
- dunno about the exhaust
- consider doing the wiper delete yourself, it would be a great way to dive into doing some of your own mods and build your confidence. Here's a how to from this forum: https://my350z.com/forum/body-interi...g-install.html

The rear wiper takes 5 minutes. Do it yourself.

- Painting calipers cost roughly $75-$100 a caliper. I suggest taking a look at http://www.thepowdercoater.com/ - I think his price for a set is either $300 or $350 + shipping (base price)
- Look up DIY's for removing the windshield wiper, it's not a complicated process, just find a plug that's paint matched or make your own (paint+plug from Lowes)
- Exhaust install will take an hour. Assuming labor rate of $100, $100.

So yes, that's a high quote.
