I have a few questions about factory warranty
I financed a 2008, 350z about 2 months ago. The car is in excellent shape, only 62k miles on it. It has no mods, just a stock enthusiast. I've been getting mails from different companies telling me my factory warranty is expired and I should renew. So my questions are:
1. Should I get factory warranty?
2. Is this factory warranty a one time payment, or is it monthly?
3. And how much is it usually to renew the warranty?

Those aren't factory warranties unless they are coming from Nissan. They are 3rd party insurance policies essentially. Depending on the company, it could be a good deal or bad deal.
Yes, you pay up front.
Cost depends on the company, coverage, deductible, etc.
Should you? Don't know anything your aversion to risk. do you think the Z is a good reliable car? If yes, then you probably don't need it. Can you afford a $2,000+ major repair if the trans goes out, motor blows up?

Wishful thinking. They can mess up an engine (or any other part of the car) as quickly as anyone else.
The extended warranties have a bad reputation. Most will pay for the little things without too much hassle, since they're still making lots of money off the contract. Once your claims starts getting into their pocket, the story is likely to change.

a better idea is to pay yourself…put money into a savings account and if anything goes wrong, use that money…if you stay on top your maintenance and are mild in your driving habits the car will last for a long time.

that won't be Nissan's so NO!
I bought my 07 in 2010 and was able to buy Nissan's New Car Gold for a total of 7 years from in service date and covers as much as the factory bumper to bumper... so, in my case it was worth it for the peace of mind of only 1200. 2007 with bumper to bumper until end of 2014

I've got the Nissan extended warranty (Gold Preferred) on my '08, and the Nissan dealer has fixed things (window motors. hatch struts) without batting an eye. Paid $1200, and I'm just past 1/2 way to break-even, with 70,000 miles and almost 3 years of coverage left. I'm keeping this car for a long time, it's almost paid for, so this is cheap insurance as far as I'm concerned. And, if I do decide to sell, it increases resale value. Bought it here:

If it's not from Nissan there is some really tricky rules that they try to enforce to ensure that you don't ever get paid for repairs
