Unless you can convince the dealer to patch them up (HIGHLY unlikely), you'll just have to deal with it. I have to.
Check to see if there are gouge marks from the plate holder. More precisely, see if the screws that affix the plate to the plate holder gouged your bumper's paint (not the screw holes from drilling).
I had my dealer fix those, but they wouldn't budge on the drill holes.

quick question I called my dealer just to see how everything is going, Z isnt coming till april 1st. I asked if they would not drill the holes, just to make sure its them that do it right because the sales manager who I know though the factory did it.

The dealership drills the holes into the bumper. Some elect not to. Get it in writing about not getting the holes drilled in the bumper. Advice from other peoples' experiences on the board.
