When I was 12, I would never have said something like that to an adult. Kids are doing that sort of thing .

Yup, cane them first offence , remove a finger from dominant hand for every offence after, work over to the other hand. If the person is really persistant, all the way to wrists.

This will also work great for theives. Also , no jail time really needed.

i dont even know what i would do... Im raging right now just looking at it.. Obviously you cant kill someone, but theyd have a couple of broken knees if i saw them..
