Its a concept drawing by motor trend. You must be on some killer bud, but seeing how ur in Utah i doubt it.

Realistically I see this design as having a better chance at seeing production - but who actually knows at this point?

Give it more of a shooting brake look with a slightly higher hatch line and you have European appeal as well as versatility.

 

That looks exactly like the new bmw front fascia/a catfish. Ugly. I want a small displacement 6cyl revving to 9k. Couple that with a weight reduction and you have smiles all day.

See above, they're inline 6s not v6s. When I saw the original comment re: bmw v6 I immediately knew it meant opposed to inline 6s, but I've had a few bmws so might be because of that.

Btw e30 m3 was all 4 cylinder.

Whats left to do?
When I bought an original 240 back when they first came out the formula was a lot of
car for the money.the overall design was fantastic.When I bought my 03 at first release,
the original formula was intact.However,the Z has gotten heavy--EXPENSIVE.Noted
new 370's with a 50K sticker.The Z has lost its way.
It needs to get lighter,power that is balanced.Moving it to the FRS& OTHER 25K-200HP
category may miss the core Z market.
Give some specs.Lighter means the use of lighter components like CF etc.+$$$.
Perhaps something really innovative is needed for the new Z.
If not,the core Z owners will continue to update the original to make it better than
the new model.
