Back after a LOONG break
Sup my350z, Somewhat off topic post. But wanted to reach out to the community for your opinions.
I have a an 08 Nismo 350z. After owning the car for a year, i racked up enough tickets to lose my license. So i non-op the car (insurance became beastly expensive for me). While i garaged Rukia, I started playing with a 240sx. $20k later, i got sick and tired of Nissan, went back to Honda. I DD'd a 99 Integra that i absolutely fell in love with, until she got stolen last month. Went picked up a '13 Honda Fit. As I drove the fit for a month, I started to generate a mods list to build up this new car. I was planning on selling Rukia because I dont drive the damn thing and started to feel disconnected with 350z due to their weight and high torque (started to become a Honda Man).
Well the other night, I said F*** it, i'll go outlaw and drive my Z to the gym. And boy did i fall back in love with Rukia. The Integra and Fit made me realize there is very little "sport" about these cars and that Id prob be wasting the 10k into the Fit to make it "drive-able" by my standards. The clutch as hard to press, the torque made me realize how puny v-tec is, the stiff steering and responsiveness was awesome. I see how I was so spoiled back in '08. And that 350 hp into a 240 was nothing compared to this Nismo in terms of style, road comfort and handling.
So before I go way off into a tangent comparing apples and oranges. I wanted to reach out to the 350 community. What are your guys thoughts on selling the car. Should I just pick up this "project" back from where I left it. I remember shy-ing away due to the price of parts. How do you guys still feel about your 350z after all these years.

I wouldn't drive it until you get your license back. just work on it in your garage until your legit again. God forbid someone hits your car and you need a police report.

What kind of question is this? Rhetorical?
Dad told me a long time ago when you start getting more than two tickets a year, its time to slow down or sell your car. In your case, you just seem like you want to drive like an asshat everywhere, so continue doing such, thanksgiving is almost here.
