Default Another crazy build thread.

Once again, my forum friends, I'm putting together a large parts list. I'm aiming at an easy and solid 550-600whp with the potential for much more. If you've read my previous desired build threads, you'd know I'm a man of my word when I say, this will happen! Maybe not today..maybe not tomorrow. But someday!
The car's an '07, mildly tuned to 305WHP and 245WTQ on pump gas by CIN Motorsports in North Carolina. *tuned before the Tranny work was done*

My Current set up is as follows.

Air flow:
Injin "tuned" long tube intakes
DC Sports ceramic coated headers
Motordyne ART Pipes
Motordyne TDX "shockwave" 2 exhaust

Drive train:
South Bend SS Aluminum clutch/flywheel
Z1 Polyurethane transmission mount
Wilwood Heavy Duty Slave/Master cylinder
Quaife LSD

Wheels:
Enkei RP03 Wheels 18x9 front 18x10 rear *Plasti-dipped black*
Nitto NT555 tires 245-40/18 front 275-40/18 rear

Audio:
Pioneer double din head unit
Kicker L7 10" sub plus ported enclosure
ZX750 watt amp

Looks:
Greddy front lip painted gloss black
Plasti-dipped and clear sprayed Nissan emblems
Spray tinted rear tail lights
Spyder shorty antenna
Blue under dash light kit
Blue custom painted engine shroud and calipers

Planned Modifications:
Suspension:
BC Coilovers to drop an inch
Whiteline front/rear sway bars
Whiteline front/rear endlinks

Fuel:
Wolbro 480 Fuel pump
Cosworth Fuel Rail
ID 1000 injectors

More drive train:
3.7 final drive gearing
Inland Empire Aluminum drive shaft

Cooling:
Mishimoto radiator + radiator diffuser
Samco Radiator hoses
CIN Motorsports Custom built oil cooler kit

Brakes:
Akibono Break kit w/ slotted rotors

Not Necessary but doing anyways:
Self made custom grounding kit

the expensive stuff!!!:
PPL Mines Port/Polished Throttle Bodies
Brian Crower Stroker kit w/ forged internals 9:1 comp; 4.07L stroke
Retrofitted Vortech super charger

I would have included pictures of my car as it sits...but every time I try to upload it says there's an error. SO! Here's the page dedicated to it. https://www.facebook.com/pages/2007-...57721890914276

Stroker with Supercharger?! Thats going to be pretty sick. I cant wait to see the finished product. Take plenty of pics as you get the work done.

Thanks for the feed back guys. I'm going to do my best to keep this thread updated as it progresses. It's gonna be a slow coming build, that will start with the simple stuff (samco hoses, radiator, grounding kit, etc).

Most likely will be super charged before the Stroker kit. I don't want to go from 300WHP to almost double that in one move! But hey, why not right?

Why 3.7 FD? Auto transmission? If so, might be better to stay the way it is. I'm contemplating changing over to the auto FD. Breaking tires loose at 75 mph sucks.

Edit: So when is this going to get started?

No it's a base model, so the 3.7 will be a benefit. And the build will start in a month or two once I can get my bills back in order and some money saved up. I'm trying to save up some money for a ring for my woman. Priorities..gotta have them.
Like I said though, small simple stuff will be bought first, stuff not costing 500+.

And 2004Black, the Throttle Bodies will help once the the Charger and Stroker kit is installed. More free flowing anything always helps.

Base, track, whatever. All the MT's are 3.53. The 3.7 ( or 4.08, my personal NA favorite ), might benefit you for an NA build but will hurt you on a high hp FI build. Just saying.

And I don't know, I have to agree on the throttle bodies being a waste. Maybe if you were trying to extract every last hp out of an NA build or something, but not FI. You'd be dropping some big dollars for Mine's anything, and those won't do much, if anything for you.
