I think people need to be more aggressive with their transactions; vendors or otherwise. Ask if the product is in stock. If not, when's an estimated ship/arrival date. Taking too long? Cancel the transaction until the product is ready for shipment. Veteran buyers should be very aware of the PayPal cut off date by now. Don't let vendors take advantage of you, the longer you wait the harder it will be to get your money back.

One of the problems isal the drop shippers who say they have things "in stock" when they don't and they just assume the manufacturer does. Then when 2 months go by and you don't have your part the drop shipper deflects accountability onto the manufacturer.

That's how my lip was shipped from Taiwan. The FedEx tracking number was accurate and overall it was a very smooth, quick transaction. But like I said earlier, I wouldn't have bothered if it wasn't through eBay where I had leverage if something went wrong.

The Z Store stocks his stuff and holds an inventory

Otherwise you do not want to order from him directly

Anyways, I ordered a lip that came cracked from him back in 2008 and he didn't take care of me so I bought the authentic VeilSide lip instead.

Ugh. I ordered the CF door handles from the Z store knowing that they are supplied by Evo-R, even with them after 3 months there was no product, but they at least returned my money. What a waste.

How are you guys running into problems? If I have an issue with a vendor, I let Visa or AMEX handle it. I steer clear of places that only accept PayPal.

Smart one, I would just paint your door handles anyway.

The CF ones are not really worth it IMO and I wouldn't want something in CF that I touch all the time
