Default Complete Physical Modification of Car

So I decided to spend close to 4 grand modifying the entire appearance of my 04 350z.

The list

1. 3m 1080 scotchprint matte dark gray metallic vinyl wrap
http://www.allstar-applies.gr/wp-con...ey-Matte-4.jpg

2. Body kit - Sideskirts, front lip for front bumper
http://www.octanemotorsports.com/ima...Z33%20Type.jpg

3. Spoiler - Nismo v3 Wing
http://www.ebay.com/itm/2003-2007-NISSAN-350Z-V3-NISMO-STYLE-TRUNK-WING-SPOILER-LED-LIGHT-PRIMER-/151152364781?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2331620ced&vxp=mtr
4. Depo black 350z headlights from ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/271320748371...84.m1497.l2649

5. Tomei Full Ti Exhaust system <===== takes almost a month to get it. I decided to forget about this exhaust and go with the Momentum single exhaust system with the y pipe all for 780 bucks and it will come within a week. The people at Z1 motorsports tell me that it sounds much louder than the tomei exhaust

6. 07 Nismo Dark Gray 5 spoke rims
http://g35driver.com/forums/attachme...icture-032.jpg

What do you guys think?

UPDATE: 12/12/13

my matte wrap is now finished I took the car home....I am still not satisfied because the headlights and rims....BTW it cost $1,300 total. Wrap was 404 and labor 900 bucks. = P

look at attached photos. The picture do not do it justice, to be honest when I see it in person its really close to black.. like a dark dark gray.

Headlights Friday

Saturday - Rims / Tires

z1 motorsports told me exhaust will be coming to me before christmas....

gives me time to get safety check...then take off orange reflectors and put clear ones in.

the side skirts make the car look low and thats good because I don't think it will be necessary for me to get coilovers or springs

--------Updated 12/17/13-------------------------------------------------------

so i finally got my phone to start working again....I took these pictures at night on my phone....so it is not very good....

Anyways I was able to get my nismo rims on my car it looks so much more aggressive than before....

I bought the V3 nismo wing replica on ebay for $354 bucks total and what is great about it is that it is unpainted dark gray ABS plastic. Therefore, I might not have to wrap it because it will probably match the color of my car hopefully.

I also just ordered the D2S Phillips light bulbs 85122 from retro fit source for my headlights once those arrive than I will start doing more for my car.

Modifying is present tense, meaning your completing the work.
Pics or it didn't happen.

I am still waiting for all the items to come in through USPS, Fedex, UPS etc....I just wanted people's opinions on the appearance of the car. Definitely will post before and after pictures.

So,the stuff is coming in.You have already made the decisions to buy and
how you want your car to look.
What if the overall feedback is negative?
Gonna return the parts?
Post some pics after all the installs.

Got to be careful when you buy from any source. There are some good buys
on ebay. However,in my experience, stay away from parts out of the U.S.
Stay with domestic suppliers.

Well, I cringed when I saw "ebay lights", but if they are the stock +06 lights that are just blacked out then I think it's ok. I like the demon red light.

The V3 wing - that's good. BUT, it's an ebay replica. I hope it fits properly.

The body kit- OK I guess, I still think stock is perfect the way it is.

The Tomei exhaust -props there, very nice, best mod choice

The vinyl - meh

The wheels - OK, but knowing what stock rays go for I think you could have got some RPF1s for the same. Still pretty good wheels. (I have them)

$4k in just exterior? I think that's too much, but it's your car and your money. I'm sure you will love the headlights and exhaust. I am skeptical on fitment on a rep V3 wing though.

Lip Kit & Wing will look terrible, they are going to need more work than you will want to spend.

The wrap will look great if its done professionally which usually costs 1-2K.

The exhaust I am a big fan of, the headlights look great, I would get the wheels you want even if they cost a little bit more. But instead of body mods you would be so much happier with a good set of lowering springs and struts or set of BC coilovers. Some handling mods make a huge difference on the stock Z, braces, control arms, coilovers, and its like a whole different car, pair that with some good looking wheels and tires and it make the Z look sick.

Not a fan of the matte vinyl look. With the front bodykit, there's sure to be some damage and subsequent peeling after a short time. But it's your Z, so there's nothing anybody on this board can say to deter you...

I like everything except the wing, headlights and exhaust. When are you thinking of getting it done?

I don't understand how we're supposed to give you "opinions on the appearance" of the car if we've never seen it

edit: BTW, are you on stock height? I agree with what mi 35th said. All you really need is some coilovers or lowering springs to really set off the look of the car. All those mods on stock height will look a little weird. If you don't have another 1k to spend on exterior mods pickup springs until you do.
