Welcome! Drifting is really fun! but it's also extremely dangerous especially if you're performing on public road with traffic. Listen, the art to drifting is oversteering without crashing. I'm getting the feeling that you're recklessly going out on the road hellbent on taking your car sideways. If that's the case I would recommend you to stop! take it easy. Don't purchase a Z33 just yet. IMO I would start with a car that is RWD and that has 180-250 hp with LSD's. Start by doing donuts auto cross and such basically, work your way up. I mean, would you give a Hayabusa to a loved one if he or she wanted to learn how to ride. Right? Learn the behavior and characteristics of drifting before you get a Z. Also, a drift car shouldn't be a daily. Good Luck!

Every person that I've known that's had a z has wrecked it at some point. I think the best thing a person can do for their z is get some great tires, and good brake pads. Also not show off.

Troll question receives troll answer... Not sure what kind of response you expected with your OP. You can push your RPM's to the same threshold in any car regardless if it's performance oriented or not, the redline. Honestly, if you're actually serious, you should read a few threads on here before you post to get the feel of the forum. The members have a very low tolerance for stupidity. The Z33 is a well engineered car that was designed to run at least 200,000 miles by Nissan. If well maintained, it can handle the rigors of track abuse. It definitely has it's quirks, but obviously it's a very desirable car. Judging by what looks like your first post on this forum, you're probably not mature enough to handle a 300 HP RWD sports car.

RE> “Love you guys answering seriously.”

Careful with that comment… you may earn some new-found enemies here. You may not have noticed, but no one answered seriously. Why would you think anyone would answer another way?

Really?! Nobody (and that includes everyone) likes a troll.

Very very true. Please do your research before you start posting stuff because you will get raped with some harsh answers. Research includes reading stuff on previous topics on these forums. Honestly, all the answers are here it's just the matter of looking for it. Also, as far as RPM's 3k-7k or 6k depending on what VQ you have is your playground. Just know that there is going to be more wear and tear at higher RPM's.

well, if you couldnt handle a g6 you cant handle a Z. dumbass and sports car dont mix. If you didnt know the g6's limit, what makes you think youll know the limits of a car with more horsepower?

Ill be waiting on the "just totaled my Z thread", but for your sake, atleast get one with side airbags. something tells me you may need them.

IMO if you own a G6 I dont even think you can afford the tires for a Z/G. Proper upkeep on these cars isnt cheap. New tires every 6-8 months and judging from you OP youd be lucky to get 6mo out a set.

Explains why my insurance is so much on the Z and the G I've owned. Is it even possible to drift a FWD 150hp car? Or did you powerslide it in the snow.

Oh chit forgot about those. Most likely those would get smashed first if he has an accident. But I'll also claim the HR taillights if they don't get banged up too. Meh never mind. If op has the track brembos I'll claim those with the passenger seat.
