That is a 04-05 Touring (the tach goes to 6600 with the manual tranny which means its a DE) with after market entertainment unit. You, my friend, have been raped.

Well I found this over the weekend, and it is pretty much the last nail in the coffin. This sold for 12.5k 30 miles from my house, with the same mileage within 1000 miles.

I have a meeting tonight with them, I'll let you guys know how it goes.

Yea, that one looks like an anniversary edition. Also just read that the Yellow doesn't come with dual-tone seats. So you can scratch that one.

Well we met with the GM/Owner last night and got things worked out. They are going to do a cash refund and also some free service to straighten out a few issues with the car. I don't think they did this on purpose, but I stressed to them that they needed to vin check their vehicles more carefully. Turns out Manheim auto auction is the ones that first claimed it to be a 35th.

The up side of this is that now when it is paid for, I won't feel guilty about tearing it down into a track car. I've always wanted to have a car I can take to Summit Point on the weekends. If it was an actual 35th, I don't think I'd have the heart to do it.

I want to thank everyone for the help here... it made a big difference last night.

I will be starting a new post with lots of noob questions soon. I'm no mechanic, but I hope to learn as I progress with this car.

Nice work - glad they are covering some of the model difference.
