pretty much what terrasmak said just track it youll fall in love,
and IMO try to go once a month and depends what year Z your driving but i shift early never hit readline when i track my Z i shift at 6600k just to be on the safe side been tracking since 2011 not as much as some guys here on the forum but once a month & no problmes so far and its my dd
