Engine Oils

Just curious what type of Motor oils are you guys using on your 350's?

Actually, oil needs changed this week... It's at 3000 miles so it's time for Mobile 1.

I'm a fan of Mobil 1 synthetic, but the owner's manual says on page 9-5 "NISSAN recommends mineral based oils". Does this mean "don't use synthetic oils"?
