I don't think $465 is that bad... You've obviously never tried to buy "designer" luggage huh? This stuff gets expensive! My cut off point is when the bag costs 1/3 of the posessions its carrying. . .

Guess I don't see the need for "designer" luggage. As long as it holds my crap and doesn't burst open, its cool by me. And, since I check in outside of the terminals, no one really sees it. So that whole "designer" thang don't jive with me.

So if you want the "cool fit" look you have to remove items (e.g. laptop) before fitting the messenger bag in?

I don't think so...............

anyone try those vacuum bags? I was considering those since the trunk space was limited.
