I specifically stated it was not their responsibility that the package was stolen. And do not feel they are obligated to replace it.
But the least they could do is try and be helpful and start a claim with the shipping company and follow up with me. Since they were paid for the item.

Let me try and clarify. My complaint is with their short rude responses. and the lack of care for the stolen items. I did state the theft was not their responsibility.
And my point was, it may not be a bad idea to pay a few more bucks to go thru a quality vendor, than to go thru the cheapest.

Unless you paid for insurance with Fedex, or paid with a credit card that offers X amount of insurance coverage on shipped items (AmEx is the best), then you are SOL.
The seller is not responsible for anything left at your door, nor are they required to file a claim. Your credit card will not reverse the charge unless you lie and tell them the package never arrived. Even then once the "left at door" proof of delivery from Fedex is sent to them by the seller, you will be charged again.
I dont see how Nissanpartswarehouse did you dirty.

Just because a vendor doesn't follow through after the part(s) were delivered, doesn't necessarily make them a crappy vendor. You ordered parts and your order was fulfilled. If they were stolen from your front door, that's all on you. Seller is not required to follow through with your claim after that point.
We get it, you are upset your part(s) were stolen. That sucks... but this thread has run its course.
