you need to check out a thread on here where they have spent about two to three pages on this very subject. all of the posters are debating on how the Z is limited. from what i remember on a stock Z there were two to three people reporting that they saw 160 or so on their digital readout. i have never been near there. check it out though.

Well a dyno is different because you always attain higher speeds due to lack of wind resistance...but yeah it's around 155+

oh and in the pic above, how come your speedometer is reading so high yet your RPMs are nowhere near 5000-6000 form what it should be...at least from what I can see? What's your RPM at top speed?

I've had mine at around 150...not sure exactly what it was...but know that it wasn't climbing very fast above that...so 155 sounds about right.

I was thinking the same thing it should be alot closer to redline, the needle isnt even in the visible 5500-6000 rpm area.

Here's one with the tach. If you look at the odometer it looks like I had already lifted off at this point, therefore it's probably the RPM coasting.

i have had my analog speedometer pegged past 160... i really dont like posting the digital actual readout on the multifunction computer, because it actually differed 4mph (on the high side) from the reading on my obd-2 logger, which was: ....

Hint: 10101101
Shhhh!
