Default Starting issue

I have A 2008 z...broke down on me on Monday....when i started it, it had a rough idle...had bad misfires and finally wouldn’t start...ran the codes and it had two 02 sensor codes and a misfire code...pulled the plugs and the plugs were fouled....the car runs rich after installing test pipes....i replaced the plugs and tried to start it...it cranks but doesn’t turn over...when you spray starting fluid into the intake it’ll turn over but runs really rough....it has a new fuel filter...new plugs...new intake filters...new coil packs....I’ve cleaned the MAFS.....any ideas on what to possibly check next would be great...the mounts for the test pipes are a few inches long where the 02 sensors mount which has made it run really rich...should i swap those test pipes and install new sensors?

Sensors are reading bad because of the test pipes obviously... as far as the other stuff is concerned that I don’t know... might need a tune what other mods do you have?

Did it throw the code for the misfire before or after you got new coil packs? And who are these coil packs manufactured by?...

both...this happened once before about 2 months ago...did a few things to it and it ran great...got in it to go home from work and it completely died...replaced the plugs and it just cranks...**** some starting fluid in it and it would turn over but runs horribly
