Default Difficulty starting...but ended up starting. why?

I had a quick scare today, when my car wouldn't turn over after around 15 cranks. So I tried again and it turned over on the 10th crank or so. It was the first time this happened, usually it turns over on the 4th or 5th crank easily. Maybe crank angle sensor? Cranks are quick, battery was replaced about a month ago. GTM stg1 longblock, GTM 272 turbo cams, GTM fuel return system, jwt 530bb, fcon vpro.

That's usually the symps of the crank sensor. But, with your other mods it's hard to say.

how about the weather and what step plugs do you have. Also with higher duration cams it usually takes longer to crank. Maybe just all the right factors where in play at that momment. But it wouldnt hurt to check the crank angle sensor.

plugs are one step colder and it was sitting out in the direct sun for a few hrs. thats what i figured at the time (all the right factors where in play at the moment) but i'll check out the crank angle sensor.

Yes, it has been sitting since March. O got it home and it sat for a couple of months before I even thought about it.
