Nothing in your pictures show anything broken, or identify if it's a front or rear bumper issue. Where is it specifically broken?
Edit: NVM I see them bottom middle is missing on the front. I would just get a new oem front bumper and repaint it.

Yeah last owner didn't really took care of it but it's all good I see 350z as a project car and I'm getting new headlights tomorrow. Any recommendations?

Yeah, you could save yourself a whole heap of cash by getting a headlight restoration kit. The lenses are plastic and have a thin UV coating on them to protect them from getting into the mess that yours are in. Over the years and especially if the car spends a lot of time outdoors this coating breaks down leaving you with the mess that your lenses are in at the moment. Meguiars and other companies do these kits and a lot of owners have pretty good results. Or you could fix them yourself by using wet n dry all the way up to 2500 or 3000grit and use a marine grade clear polyurethane to seal the lenses otherwise in a few months you'll be in the same position you're in at the moment.
