Mishimoto Radiator?
I was planning on upgrading my radiator on my 2008 350z to a Mishimoto Radiator. Has anyone installed this in their Z? How was the fitment? I heard the radiator isn't exactly oem fitment and I heard people make some modifications to make it fit. I was wondering what you had to do to make it fit and still have the condenser and everything else bolted up right. If someone could help that'd be great.
Thank you
I'm upgrading my radiator because my stock radiator got clapped by a rock. It's got a hole in the middle of it and when I found out I needed a new one I thought I might as well upgrade it to a mishimoto rad. I plan to modify most of the car in the future so I think this investment will pay off later down the line.
Haven’t installed one in an 07 or 08, but I know the 03 to 06 was never a drop in. Down it will be a perfect drop in, but will work.
Its really not needed unless you track the car

Got this on my Z. It dropped in, some fanagling to get the fan to clip on, fan goes in after the rad has gone in. Screw holes doesnt line up 100% so you might have to drill the bracket a bit. I'd agree about the overkill for streeting. Even in 95degree weather in stop and go traffic the temp doesnt even go above the mid level

I had one installed on my 2006 350Z I was having problems with my car overheating found out a rad was the least of my problems but my mechanic dropped one in with little to no problems seems like it runs a bit cooler than stock, gauge is registering a tick below what it did with the stock one. Hopefully you will never have to worry much about internal rust because of it being fully aluminum not sure if it's lighter than the stock one,but the welds sure are pretty and it just gushes with the look of performance at the end of the day might just be aesthetics but price was right so I pulled the trigger to so GL!!
Update: Installed the new radiator and thermostat in under a day and I'm happy with the results. Installation was tedious however after modifying the AC condenser a bit it was able to fit. I bled the car for 10 minutes with the engine running and it seems to have worked at removing all air bubbles. Drove it for an hour and the temperature stayed normal. I'll be checking the coolant levels to see if any air bubbles have come up over the course of a week. Thank you to everyone that gave me advice/help!
