Default Noises heard when accelerating/ more noticeable when deccelerating

So i have a 2003 Nissan 350z manual transmission/track edition and i gotta be honest ive heard this weird purring sound almost as what i can describe as a spaceship hovering. I will link a video of what i am talking about but it really comes on whether im accelerating or decelerating.
It's much more noticeable when decelerating due to less exhaust noise but hopefully you guys can pinpoint it out from my video. I had the differential oil changed a few months ago hoping that was the problem but it was still present after. It may be wheel barrings but im not trained by ear to tell. Im not experiencing any shaking or rattling accelerating or decelerating but the noise is super audible. When i drop the car in neutral while rolling you can still hear the noise. Thanks for the help! also, car only has 41,000 miles dunno if that information helps at all.

You can really hear the noise from the 6 second to 20 second mark as i was kind of manipulating the noise for the sake of the video.

My thoughts lean toward it being a wheel bearing. Does the noise get louder/softer in a left/right turn? That can help isolate it to a bearing, as well (gets noisier when weight is on that side in a turn, and softer when weight is off that side in a turn). Also, is the noise different whether you are in gear or not? Clutch in or not (if it's a manual)?

I'm still waiting to put my Z "officially" back on the road (have some other projects to finish, first), but I also have some speed-dependent noises to sort out. For mine, I haven't narrowed it down between bad tires and bearings, yet. For now, I just exercise it up and down my street a couple times a week.
