Hello all.

Today has been a good day. A very good day.

I've well documented the issues with my roof on every 350z facebook page and forum in existence in the hope that I can work out the issue with the roof. Many have helped with advise and a few have personally looked over the car.

But I'm pleased to say that for the first time in 2 years, the roof has worked! (99.99999999999999999999999%)

Thr culprit? I changed the roof module for one that a forum member was selling, it took all of 2 minutes to change over and boom! I actually shed a tear (I cried like Ike a baby)

Have a look at the video, I think I come Across as quite pleased 😂😂 I just have to work out the last bit and I'll stop thinking about torching the thing. 😂😂😂😂😂

My 350z top is also not working,
Dash light flashes all the time. Repair manual says to replace the soft top control module. But my top is locked down and I don't know how to manually unlatch the fifth bow. I have read for hours and your posts make sense to me but I didn't see how you got to the control module to replace it. Please help.

here is what is going on. Dash light flashes continuously when the car is running. But when top down button is pushed, the windows roll down, the passenger seat moves forward and tilts, and I have a latching type sound coming from under the fifth bow motor. Many recommended replacing the 5th bow motor so I did. No change. So I believe it is the latch actuator or the latch position sensor not signaling the 5th bow motor or possibly not opening the latch. So, can you tell me how to open the 5th bow so I can work on it?
