Talking Oil consumption is a myth!!

If you are consuming a quart of oil every week or more often; this is NOT normal.
The FIX is replacing the Valve Guide Seals. Assuming your PCV system is good.
I have fixed 14x different VQ35DE engines with this oil consumption condition. I never got any complaints. These 14 people are a testimate to the quality engines coming out of my garage.

Not a very fun job to do, that's a lot of valves! I always suspected the valve guide seals were a major factor on the RevUp oil consumption issue, but bottom end (ring) wear can't be ruled out either.

Not worth it imo. I rather put 1 qt of oil every 500 miles(never have to do oil changed wooooo!!!) then pay a shop to do valve guide seals on this engine.
That being said my 350z doesn't burn oil(unfortunately)
