Rust on the TOP of the strut tower? Whew, bottom must look spectacular!!
Honestly? There’s zero resale value and even if you keep it, it’s going to corrosively depreciate every minute you own it. But yer choice.

Hey, thanks for your reply dude. That’s must be why the car is only 8000$ with 5000 miles millage. I’m new to the car stuffs so thanks again for you advise.

After re-reading and looking at pics closer on computer (instead of my phone which isn't good for people with bad close up vision)..... 5k miles?? That's it? The upper strut bar should be very easy to change - junkyard part for cheap too. But, I'd say look (or have someone look) very carefully at the extent of rust on the underside of the car. If it's just bolt on pieces that are rusty and no evidence of the rust getting into the frame rails or body panels then it might be an OK purchase but even still, $8k still seems high to me. But if you have someone look at the car that knows Zs and they say it's mechanically sound, maybe a lower offer to buy the car is worthwhile with only 5,000 miles.
Strut bar area actually doesn't look that bad. Sand, treat rusty with a converter, prime and paint. Under car looks a little rougher. I would concider changing that rear brace with an Ultra racing brace then just clean other things up as you get to them. I have a pic of the rear brace in my albums. A little time here and there and some paint/prep materials and won't cost you much to clean up.
5k miles is extremely low

There's a brand called Soul Function that sells both of these replacement parts for the 350Z and G-series models. It all depends on what you consider "expensive". For instance, that mid-chassis brace goes for about $340 from them.
What does the Carfax really say about the history of this car? 5688 miles does not line up with the amount of seat wear, either. This is one where I would definitely leave it alone, as there is some missing piece of the puzzle, and you're not gonna get it because the history is not known (and by history, I mean being able to read the attitude and trustworthiness of the current owner when they are selling it to you - which is not the case here as it is going through a broker).
I know that an owner can lie about the car when they are selling it to you, too, but the preponderance of the evidence (Carfax results, inspection of the vehicle, and the "feel" you get from discussing the car with the current, private owner) help to make a better judgement.
When buying from a dealership or broker, they just have to say what they know - and they can say that truthfully, even if it really isn't the truth. If they don't know what the real history is, they can say what they were told and that is the truth to them.
Sorry, maybe I'm rambling here a little. If I were paying the $500 for this Z that I paid for mine, then it would be worth rolling the dice. At $8k+, I would look at a different Z, then. Even with the "low" miles shown.

The rust under the car isn't the issue, really, the W brace under the car rusts easily. But there seems to be some rust on the strut bar, strange.
But the computer dash screen (1st of those 3 center console gauges) looks broken. The gear shift **** is wrong for the year; someone changed that.
It certainly shows more wear than just 6000 miles.
Too expensive.
