Default 350z 2003 rattle on start up

I have a 2003 350z automatic(clown me) no mods. Had to get new camshaft sensors and crankshaft sensors but besides that I bought it with 170k miles and it rattles aggressively when I start it up also when I’m in manual mode and I down shift it rattles really hard too, even in regular drive mode I can still hear it but not much only when I let go of the gas. I posted a vid on my old gaming YouTube channel of the rattle to get some feedback but yet no comments. The rattle in the video is the same rattle I hear while downshifting and while I’m in low rpms. Link :
Any help would be great.

like instead of it being in regular drive mode I can put it in manual mode and control what gears I am in and up shift and downshift as I please.

People have lives. Insulting people and asking twice won't help.

Check your cats. Torque over might be making the shields hit something. IOW, get under it and LOOK.

Kind of sounds like a pretty common heat shield rattle. Put it up on jack stands and look for any loose heat shields.

Sometimes people just need an idea of what to look for, no need to go and call them lazy, they just don't have the experience and wouldn't know what to look for. Weren't we all there at one point in our lives???

I agree with Randallflag. A forum is available to those who need help and to discuss about cars. BUT I see your point too, some people need to at least put in effort to troubleshoot on their own.
