Default Compression rod bushing type for non lowered?

I'm doing the sways, rear control arm, and the bushing in the front lower arm next weekend. I'm seeing there is a compression rod bushing on that other lower arm. Does this need to be changed? The ones I'm changing look alright honestly but I'm swapping them out for some stiffer rubber ones just bc why not.

My car is non lowered. Do these go bad on regular ride height cars? Should I out the same stiffness bushings in? The harder rubber types for this bushing are $40 a piece. Sort of pricey. I hear this affects castor. Does poly do any good here? It's going to be 99% road car and 1% track car.

They do wear out and I don't trust the whole aftermarket rubber thing for that. I have Whiteline, no complaints, but I will be switching to SPL soon
