My 2003 enthusiast squeaks like crazy when idling, found the bad idler pulley being the right one, I just don't know the part number in order to buy the replacement. So what's the part number for for this pulley? (See pictures)
Trav,
Are the left and right idler pulleys the same part? They’re trying to charge me 150 because it’s the idler pulley that powers the air compressor and not the one that powers the alternator... Sounds like bs to me.

dude you are pushing it with Trav. You got a solid answer the first time around from him. lets leave it at that and i'll help you with this one.
but more importantly you should really learn how to use the FSM diagrams. You can look up almost any part by image, then pinpoint the part no. then you can shop around with that part no. Very simple skill you should learn if working on cars and can apply to other things as well such as looking up recipes to bake cookies. Internet has most of the answers if you learn to search for it.
here is your answer:
Assuming you have the VQ35DE, the AC belt has only 1 idler pulley which is the one you want to fix.
The alternator belt has 2 idler pulleys on earlier models and 1 idler pulley on later models.
I'm just going to say that the pulleys are not the same because of the width of the alternator belt is not the same as the AC belt. Thats an easy tell sign.
